Bot River Estuary Forum (BREF) AGM and Meeting





NOTE: Information regarding the upcoming BREF meeting with relevant documents:

Please take note that the Bot River Estuary Forum Annual General Meeting will take place at 14:00 on Thursday 2 June at the Hawston Library Hall. This meeting will be followed immediately by die ordinary BREF meeting at the same venue.
The Agendas for the AGM and BREF meetings are attached as well as the minutes of the previous meetings.

Clauses 3 and 5 of the Constitution was amended as per the suggestions of Cape Nature. This constitution will accompany our registration papers and will be aproved by Cape Nature. Please find the amended constitution for your perusal.

A revised Agenda is also attached.
