In
order to create a happy, harmonious living environment for members,
visitors and tenants and a safe haven for our precious fauna and flora,
there are certain guidelines and rules that we must all abide by.
To
ensure that these are followed diligently and to provide clarity in how
the system functions, we have supplemented the original three official
documents (viz. Constitution, Conduct Rules (which are in the process of
being amended) and Building Regulations) with some additional information and policies.
Below
is a list the all the policy documents for Meerenbosch HOA, as at March
2016. These is in a state of constant flux, as we view and review our
world and try to find ways as to how best we can serve each other and
protect our piece of paradise.
