To breach or not to breach....????
At our last Bot River Estuary Forum (BREF) meeting on 18 July 2018 which was meant to be the AGM, (it was an unofficial meeting since there wasn't a quorum), it was said that the deadline for comment on the MMP will be in about a month's time, when the next date for an AGM will be held, and whoever is present at that time will be deemed to be the quorum. This means that there are about 10 days left before the deadline. It is important to study this document because it will determine how the estuary is to be managed in the foreseeable future, regarding artificial breaching and more.
